SHZ Development, Inc. is doing business as Page Construction with California Contractor’s license number 899219 B. The principals of Page Construction have been in construction industry since 1972, and has since that time, successfully produced millions of dollars worth of construction projects throughout California.

A principal of Page Construction is always involved in any major project, as well as being an active participant in the day to day affairs of the company, which results in tight costing, purchasing and job coordination and in timely decision making. In addition the input of Page Construction's principals and staffs during the design process can be an invaluable aid to the project in the production work which will conform to the constraints of budget and time. The "project team " principle allows us to put together the personnel to get the job done.

Page Construction's capabilities includes: Single and multifamily residential projects, Office buildings, Commercial and retail centers, Churches and Governmental facilities, Financial institutions and Tenant improvements.

Shawn Zarbakhsh

Graduate of University Of Southern California in 1975, with the degree of Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management.

He spent three years, between 1972 and 1975, as a construction manager in Cornerstone Enterprises Inc. , a Real Estate development firm based in Costa Mesa , California. In 1975 he formed Z&F Construction, a California general partnership firm involved in general building contracting and Real Estate development. This firm was dissolved and partners separated in 1989 in good standing.

Shawn Zarbakhsh was the founder, chairman of the board and president of Westside Group Inc., Incorporated under California law in 1984 and involved in general building contracting and Real Estate development. This firm was dissolved and partners separated in 1989 in good standing.

In September of 1989, Shawn Zarbakhsh established Page Construction, a sole proprietorship, based in Los Angeles, and involved in general building contracting and Real Estate development.

Hessam Zarbakhsh

Graduate of California State University, Northridge, in 1989 with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration option in Accounting and Management Information System.

He spent two years, between 1986 and 1987, as a part time computer programmer for Z&F Construction. Between 1987 and 1989, he was a superintendent then the construction manager in Westside Group, Inc. In 1989 he joined Page construction as a project manager and currently is in charge of computerizing and managing the day to day operation of the projects.

Hessam Zarbakhsh is a Real Estate Broker, and has been in Real Estate profession for the past twelve years.
